    AWS A5.1 E6013 : IRMA SH-26

    Characteristics and Application

IRMA SH-26 is a rutile-type coated stick electrode (E6013) designed for welding mild steel base metal. It provides easy arc striking and re-striking, stable arc characteristics, low spatter, and excellent slag removal. The smooth weld bead appearance makes it suitable for both experienced welders and beginners.
This electrode can be used with both AC and DC power sources, and it performs well in all welding positions including flat, horizontal, vertical-up, and overhead.

    AWS A5.1 E7018-1H4R : IRMA SH-7018-1

    Characteristics and Application

IRMA SH-7018-1 is a premium basic (low-hydrogen) electrode designed for welding carbon steels and low-alloy steels where high toughness at low temperatures, excellent crack resistance, and reliable mechanical properties are critical. The “-1” designation provides enhanced impact toughness up to – 50 deg C, making it suitable for applications requiring weld performance under dynamic or sub-zero service conditions. The H4R designation indicates: Diffusible hydrogen ≤ 4 ml/100 g of deposited weld metal
Excellent moisture resistance for shop and field conditions
