  Characteristics and Application

  IRMA S-12 is a high-quality copper coated solid wire designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) applications. Its balanced chemical composition provides excellent weld metal mechanical properties with suitable SJ SAW fluxes. Manufactured with strict raw material selection, advanced wire drawing, electrolytic plating process and cleaning technology, IRMA S-12 ensures consistent copper plating, smooth wire feeding, and consistent deposition for single and multi-pass welding.
